All coaching, lodging, food + drink, spa services, group activities, SWAG bags...it's all included.
Obviously, if you want extra spa services or you go shopping, those will be on your dime. But everything that is part of the retreat is 100% included!
You choose whether you want a private room or a shared room, and get yourself to Sun Valley. I'll take care of the rest!

Fly into Sun Valley: Delta, United and Alaska all fly into Sun Valley. The Limelight has a shuttle, and you won’t need a rental car during the retreat. Just send me your flight information, and I’ll arrange transportation for you from the airport!
Fly into Salt Lake City: Salt Lake City is an international airport, serviced by all of the major airlines. Drive-time to Sun Valley is approximately 4.5 hours. The Limelight offers underground parking for $18 per night. Let me know that you’re bringing a car, and I’ll take care of your parking!
Drive from Boise: Whether you choose to fly into Boise or you live there, Boise is an easy 2.5-hour drive to Sun Valley. The Limelight offers underground parking for $18 per night. Let me know that you’re bringing your car, and I’ll take care of your parking!

Attire for the entire weekend is comfortable, relaxed and casual. Yoga pants are perfectly fine. Jeans are great, too. Whatever you feel most comfortable in.
Even though Sun Valley is known as a playground for celebrities — and it’s not uncommon to spot them in the grocery stores or restaurants — there’s still a very laid-back and casual vibe. Which means that even going-out is mostly casual wear. We’ll have dinner out on the town on Saturday night. We can also hit one of the downtown bars for cocktails and dancing, if you’re up for it! Jeans and a going-out sweater or blazer will be perfect!
Daily temperatures in mid-October are typically in the low-60’s, and evenings cool off to the high-30’s.
A suggested packing list will be sent out in mid-September.

Because the BEST LIFE Retreat is limited to 10 women, refunds are only available if I’m able to find another woman to take your spot. Because of non-refundable commitments made to the hotel, spa and restaurant, no refunds will be given after September 1, 2024. However, you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member.
